SOUTH BEND - Steven Dorow Zeiger, a former resident of South Bend, passed away on Sept. 10, 2009. He is survived by his son, Paul Zeiger, and his daughter, Anna Zeiger Kephart. A graveside service will be held at noon on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at Southlawn Cemetery, located at 61300 U.S. 31 South, South Bend, IN 46614.
