The main event at this reunion will be held on Saturday, May 20th (Armed Forces Day).

Members should make their own arrangements in advance for viewing any/all of the Disney properties.
Theme Park and other tickets can be purchased either in advance or after arrival at the park.

Thursday May 18th Time SIGN-IN
Resort 1:00-8:00pm Hospitality Room-Coronado Q: Member / Associate and Guest sign-in,  Reunion name badges issued here. There will be tables and chairs for socializing, refreshments will NOT be available in this room. You may however bring in refreshments purchased from a Disney food area, or refreshments brought from your room. Coolers and bottles of alcoholic beverages will NOT be allowed in this room due to a corkage fee that would be required by law.
Challenge Coins will be sold @ $10.00 ea. from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Resort Evening Members are on their own for dinner.
Resort 7:00pm Association Executive Committee meeting in hospitality room-Coronado Q.
Resort 7:30pm Association Regular Member meeting in hospitality room-Coronado Q. (Vote for officers)
Friday, May 19th   WDW   SIGN-IN cont'd.
Resort Dawn-Dusk View Disney properties/parks  (Suggest: Disney Springs [formerly Downtown Disney] no admission fee required)
Resort 12noon-6:00pm Hospitality Room-Coronado Q.  Member / Associate and Guest sign-in,  Reunion name badges issued here. There will be tables and chairs for socializing, refreshments will NOT be available in this room. You may however bring in refreshments purchased from a Disney food area, or refreshments brought from your room. Coolers and bottles of alcoholic beverages will NOT be allowed in this room due to a corkage fee that would be required by law.
Lunch   Members are on their own for lunch
Dinner   Members are on their own for dinner
     
Saturday, May 20th   WDW  -  MAIN USNBJA EVENT EVENING - Must be pre-registered and pre-paid with association, NO WALK-INS.
Resort Dawn-Dusk View Disney properties/parks  (Suggest: Epcot, where the Living Seas Salon is located (above the restaurant, and will host our banquet later in the day)
Resort 12noon-5:00pm Hospitality Room-Coronado QReunion name badges issued to guests arriving this day. There will be tables and chairs for socializing,  refreshments will NOT be available in this room. You may however bring in refreshments purchased from a Disney food area, or refreshments brought from your room. Coolers and bottles of alcoholic beverages will NOT be allowed in this room due to a corkage fee that would be required by law.
Challenge Coins will be sold @ $10.00 ea. from 12noon to 2:00pm

The hospitality room will not be available to the association after 5:00pm this day.

Resort 4:45 - 5:00pm Muster in Hospitality Room for bus transportation to EPCOT to attend the banquet. If you have tickets for EPCOT on this day and will already be in the park there is no need to muster at 4:45pm for transportation to the banquet. The Association is renting buses (2) from Mears for transportation to EPCOT and back to the resort at 9:30pm from EPCOT after the fireworks display.
Resort 5:30 - 7:00pm Buffet Banquet Dinner, Living Seas Salon, EPCOT. Casual attire suggested.
Resort 7:00 - 8:00pm Introduction of Association Officers and special guests, by Roy Havekost Board of Directors Chairman. Awards presentations. Guest speaker John W. Harris, SN1/c, BJU-11, 1943-45. Closing prayer in honor of our shipmates.
Resort 8:00 - 8:30pm The USNBJA Group will be escorted from the Living Seas Salon to the Mexico Vista viewing area for the Armed Forces Day IllumiNation fireworks display.
Resort 9:15 - 9:30pm The USNBJA Group will be escorted to backstage Odyssey for transportation by Mears back to the resort.
Sunday, May 21st   Check-out
Resort 8:00am - 11:00am Free time, breakfast and farewells
Resort 12:00pm Resort checkout, travel safely, see you at our next reunion.
